As a Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle.  Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.  My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. My aim is to influence you to make more mindful decisions and together we’ll transform your body, mind and spirit




• B.F.A. Jazz Dance Performance from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia

• Experienced International Dancer/Singer/Actor, Dance Instructor and Choreographer


• 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training (PYTT) program, 50-hour extensions (XP) program 

   and continued education in Yin/Restore through Corepower Yoga in Los Angeles, CA


• Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)


• Qualified TRX Personal Trainer

• Certified in Aerial Yoga through Christopher Harrison's Anti-Gravity Program

• Currently in the process of obtaining Pilates Certification with Stott Pilates

Having moved into our eighties, my wife and i decided that we needed more physical exercise. Being fairly inactive, we explored a number of alternatives until our daughter suggested yoga and introduced us to her instructor Kelly.
